Rotting Sky

There, there, there, can you see the clouds rotting, up there in the sky?
When you look past windows, past sad empty glass, what do you see but a wreck.
No more pleasure-seeking, the world is empty, the world is empty, the world is empty,
and the clouds are- slowly- rotting in the sky.
